Terms of Service

Eligibility and Parental Consent

You may use the Service only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority where you live, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.

If local law requires parental consent for a child to use online services, the parent or guardian is responsible for that consent and for supervising the child's use of the Service.

Accounts and Access

Your account, username, profile, progression, entitlements, and access to specific features are part of the Service we operate. Except where prohibited by law, we may review and modify account details or access settings when reasonably necessary to administer the Service, enforce these Terms, protect players, or comply with legal obligations.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and device secure.
• You must provide accurate information when creating or recovering an account.
• You may not sell, rent, transfer, or share accounts except where we expressly allow it.
• We may require age verification, identity confirmation, or account recovery checks to protect users and the Service.
• We may edit, remove, reset, or reassign usernames, profile elements, or social features that are offensive, misleading, impersonating, unlawful, or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms or the safe operation of the Service.

License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment.

• copy, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Service except where law expressly permits it
• use cheats, automation, bots, scripts, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
• access the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or other players' experience
• use the Service for commercial boosting, account farming, or other unauthorized business activity

Virtual Items and Purchases

BattleCubed may offer optional paid content, such as virtual currency, cosmetic items, season passes, or other digital entitlements. These items are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value unless required by law.

Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds for mobile purchases are handled by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform provider. Their terms may apply in addition to ours.

• We may change pricing, availability, or eligibility for in-game items at any time.
• We may correct pricing errors, revoke fraudulently obtained items, or remove content that is retired or no longer offered.

Chat, Friends, and User Conduct

BattleCubed includes social features such as usernames, friends lists, rooms, reporting tools, and chat or quick-communication systems. You are responsible for content you submit or share through those features.

• harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or target other people
• post hate speech, discriminatory content, sexual content, or graphic violent content
• impersonate another player, creator, moderator, or company representative
• solicit or disclose sensitive personal information, including addresses, phone numbers, passwords, or payment details
• spam, scam, phish, advertise unauthorized services, or manipulate reporting or ranking systems
• organize cheating, exploit bugs, or evade disciplinary action

Moderation and Enforcement

To keep the Service safe, we may monitor, log, review, restrict, remove, or preserve chat, reports, usernames, room activity, and other content or account activity when reasonably necessary for moderation, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or enforcement.

Except where prohibited by law, we may take enforcement action without prior notice. That action may include warnings, chat restrictions, content removal, forced username changes, feature restrictions, entitlement revocation, account suspension, account deactivation, or permanent bans on accounts or devices if we believe a user violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or threatened the integrity of the Service.

We may also investigate and act on behavior that occurs on or through the Service even if it does not result in criminal charges or a formal finding by a third party.

Service Changes and Availability

We may update, patch, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. Features, rewards, seasonal content, and matchmaking rules may change over time.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device, network, region, or account state.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party storefronts, login providers, hosting vendors, moderation tools, customer support providers, or platform services. We are not responsible for third-party services we do not control, and your use of those services may be subject to separate terms.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BattleCubed and its operators, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or access to the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim arose or USD 50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless BattleCubed and its operators, affiliates, licensors, and service providers from claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's rights.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the effective date above. If the change is material, we may also provide additional in-app or account notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
